The Kevlar Rotating Sleeve is a precision-manufactured fire suppression component engineered to produce an immense, rapidly expanding fog pattern for aggressive fire knockdown. Its patented rotating design distributes water into a dense, high-volume mist, maximizing coverage and heat absorption to help rapidly cool and suppress fire conditions.

Constructed from high-quality, locally sourced and manufactured Kevlar, the sleeve is designed to withstand the demanding heat, moisture, impact, and mechanical conditions encountered during firefighting operations. The layered Kevlar construction provides a durable yet lightweight solution, while precisely positioned discharge openings work with the rotating action to generate a powerful multidirectional fog pattern.

Built for the Fireground

Under normal operation and proper care, the Kevlar Rotating Sleeve is designed for long-term service and typically should not require routine replacement. However, firefighting exposes equipment to extreme heat, flame, impact, debris, chemicals, and unpredictable conditions that can eventually damage even highly durable materials. Replacement sleeves are therefore available should an I.R.P.N. sleeve become worn or damaged during service.

As with all firefighting equipment, the sleeve should be inspected following use and replaced if excessive wear, heat damage, deformation, or other conditions could affect proper operation.
