Pencil Nozzle Tip - Aluminum Piercing
Compatibility Notice: Replacement tips and rotating sleeves are sold as accessories and require a previously purchased I.R.P.N. system; they are not intended for standalone use.
Pencil Nozzle Tip
The Pencil Nozzle Tip is a specialized piercing attachment designed to provide firefighters with direct access to interior and concealed fires through aluminum and other penetrable materials. Its long, tapered stainless-steel profile concentrates impact at the point, allowing the nozzle to penetrate material while minimizing the size of the access opening.
Once positioned through the barrier, the Pencil Nozzle Tip delivers water through the I.R.P.N. patented Kevlar rotating sleeve. The sleeve is engineered to rotate during operation and distribute water into an immense multidirectional fog pattern, helping rapidly cool the interior environment, absorb heat, and suppress fire from outside the affected space.
The Kevlar sleeve combines high-temperature durability with a lightweight, rugged construction, while the strategically positioned discharge openings produce broad water distribution around the nozzle. This allows firefighters to attack fire within enclosed or difficult-to-access areas without requiring a large opening before water application begins.
Key Features
- Purpose-Built Piercing Profile – Long pencil-style point designed for penetrating aluminum and accessing concealed interior spaces.
- I.R.P.N. Patented Rotating Technology – Equipped with the patented Kevlar rotating sleeve for specialized water distribution.
- Immense Fog Pattern – Rotating discharge disperses water throughout the interior space for rapid heat absorption and fire suppression.
- Minimal Access Opening – Allows water application through a relatively small penetration rather than requiring immediate large-scale entry.
- Durable Construction – Machined metal piercing tip paired with a high-quality Kevlar sleeve for demanding firefighting environments.
- Interior & Concealed Fire Applications – Well suited for situations where fire is located behind aluminum panels, skins, housings, or other difficult-to-access barriers.
Designed to pierce. Engineered to penetrate. Built to put water where the fire is.
